Construction of a 13-storey edifice in Manchester is underway, it has been reported today.
The city's green quarter is soon to feature a new office building known as City Park, Crains Manchester Business reports.
A project being undertaken by Development Securities, the office tower will be the seventh tallest in the city and is expected to house the headquarters of Done Brothers businesses.
These include Peninsula Business Services and bookmaker BetFred.
Meanwhile, the Salisbury Journal reports on proposals from Development Securities to regenerate Ringwood town centre.
Should the proposals be met favourably, work on the town would see the construction of 13 shops, three office buildings and residential zones.
Head of planning at New Forest district council, Chris Elliott commented: "We have been working with the applicant to help them get this scheme right ... and now we are very pleased to receive the application."
